I would recommend it to everyone who want to discover the beauty of this country beyond its crystalline sea. I really love Montenegro and everything I did there but the tour with the Golden Frog is definitely on the top of my list. This year they also have WiFi on the boat but noone of us used it because everything we saw was so stunning that we just wanted to enjoy every moment. Then Ivana offered us some beverages and the delicious homemade "priganice" (traditional Montenegrin doughnuts) served with cheese, honey and homemade fruit jams. She showed to us some kingfishers, pygmy cormorants, herons and even an eagle and explained about the monuments and villages situated by the Lake. Cheeky and moving by turns an adventure for a new generation. Visiting it with the Golden Frog added more value to my experience because, although young, Ivana is a brilliant guide who knows everything about the flora and fauna of the Lake. Praise for The Golden Frog Games: Sharply insightful about the epidemic of hate against minority groups, Ortega invites readers to ponder the true definition of monstrosity as she puts her beloved trio through more challenges in this fast-paced and emotionally charged adventure. The lake itself is worth the trip because the surrounding nature is beautiful and different to anywhere else in Montenegro. ![]() My family and I spent two wonderful and relaxing hours cruising On their cozy little boat. ![]() I contacted Ivana by email and she immediately answered and arranged an appointment in the early afternoon. Last year I had an amazing tour on the Skadar Lake with the Golden Frog, so this year I had no doubts to book it with them again.
